On the test bench

Watch a batch pass its burn test

Two unedited clips from the factory test bench: the steady orange glow, the white ash skin forming, and the timers behind the burn-time figure on every certificate of analysis.

Cubes at working temperature inside the test boxNine coconut cubes on a coil burner in the factory test box, glowing an even orange on every face as the white ash skin forms. This is how the 650°C burning temperature and the 1.9% white ash spec look in practice. On camera: Coconut Shisha Charcoal Cubes

Shell to container in four controlled steps

  1. Step 1

    Raw material intake

Shell and wood come in under contract, are checked for contamination, and go into dry storage by lot.

  2. Step 2

    Carbonize and press

Drum carbonization, then milling, mixing with food-grade tapioca binder, hydraulic pressing, and oven drying until moisture drops below 8%.

  3. Step 3

    Batch testing

Each batch goes through an in-house burn test covering fixed carbon, ash percentage and colour, moisture, burn time, and cracking.

  4. Step 4

    Pack and load

Inner boxes or bags into master cartons, palletized if requested. The container leaves with its CoA, packing list, and origin documents.
